Import Layout

The article describes how to import a chart layout saved on your computer.

Details

To import a chart layout saved on your computer

  1. On the Layouts menu, click Manage Layouts.

    * In the FXCM Trading Station, the command is available on the Charts menu, on the Layouts submenu.

  2. The Manage Layouts dialog box appears.

  3. Click Import.

  4. The Open dialog box appears.

  5. Choose a file with the necessary layout and then click Open.

If you choose a file of a layout with the same name as one of the available layouts, after clicking Open you see the Replace Layouts dialog box where you should confirm or cancel the replacement(s) by selecting or clearing the appropriate check boxes.

The imported layout appears in the list of layouts. You can open the layout by clicking it in the list and then clicking Open.
