Import Snapshot

The article describes how to import a chart snapshot saved on your computer.

Details

To import a chart snapshot saved on your computer

1. Do one of the following:

• On the File menu, point to Snapshots and then click Manage Snapshots.
• Right-click in the chart, point to Snapshots on the shortcut menu, and then click Manage Snapshots.
  
  * In the FXCM Trading Station, the command is available on the File submenu of the Charts menu.
  
2. The Manage Snapshots dialog box appears.
   
   
3. Click Import.
4. The Open dialog box appears.
   
   
5. Choose a file with the necessary snapshot and then click Open.

In case you choose a file of a snapshot with the same name as one of the available snapshots, after clicking Open you can see the Replace Snapshots dialog box where you must confirm or cancel the replacement(s) by selecting or clearing the appropriate check boxes.

The imported snapshot appears in the list of snapshots. You can open the snapshot by clicking it in the list and then clicking Open.
