Customize Proxy Settings

The article explains how to prevent Proxy settings from causing improper functioning of the FXCM Trading Station features.

Details

If a proxy server is configured while the FXCM Trading Station is working, some of its features, for example, Send Feedback, stop functioning properly.

To resolve the problem, exempt your computer from the proxy server by going to the Proxy Settings dialog box and adding 127.0.*.* in the Exceptions section.

For assistance, you can also consult your system administrator.

Note that installing of the FXCM Trading Station after having configured a proxy server allows avoiding improper functioning of its features as well.
