Import Snapshot

Brief

This section describes how to import a chart snapshot saved on your computer.

Details

To import a chart snapshot saved on your computer:

1. Do one of the following:

• On the File menu, point to Snapshots and then click Manage Snapshots.
• Right-click in the chart, point to Snapshots on the shortcut menu, and then click Manage Snapshots.
  
  * In the E*TRADE FX platform, the command is available on the Charts menu, on the File submenu.
  
2. The Manage Snapshots dialog box will appear.
   
   
3. Click Import.
4. The Open dialog box will appear.
   
   
5. Choose a file with the necessary snapshot and then click Open.

In case you choose a file of a snapshot with the same name as one of the available snapshots, after clicking Open you will see the Replace Snapshots dialog box where you should confirm or cancel the replacement(s) by selecting or clearing the appropriate check boxes.

The imported snapshot will appear in the list of snapshots. You can open the snapshot by clicking it in the list and then clicking Open.
