Customize Proxy Settings

The article explains how to prevent Proxy settings from causing improper functioning of the FXCM Trading Station and Marketscope features.

Details

If a proxy server is configured while the FXCM Trading Station is working, some features, for example, Send Feedback, stop functioning properly.

To resolve the problem, exempt your computer from the proxy server: on the System menu of the FXCM Trading Station, click Proxy Settings, and then, in the Proxy Settings dialog box that appears, in the Exceptions section, add 127.0.*.*.

For assistance, you can also consult your system administrator.

Note that installing of the FXCM Trading Station after having configured a proxy server allows avoiding improper functioning of the features as well.
