Group Windows

The article explains how to group the windows of the FXCM Trading Station.

Details

You can group two or more windows of the FXCM Trading Station inside one window. The tags of all the windows grouped inside one window are provided at its top, but only one of them whose tag is selected is displayed in the window.

To group window A (for example the News window) with window B (for example the Symbol List window)

  1. Point to the tag of window A and start dragging the window.

  2. A shaded area in the form of the window appears.

  3. Drag window A to window B.

  4. When the pointer gets inside the area of window B, a central sticker appears.

  5. Drop window A in the center segment of the central sticker of window B.

  6. Window A replaces window B and its tag (News) appears next to the tag of window B (Symbol List). Note that the size of the destination window (window B) may not fit the size of the window moved (window A). You can adjust the size of any window by dragging its borders. Note also that, if you drop window A in one of the side segments of the central sticker, it takes a corresponding side next to window B. For more information, see Dock Windows.
