Integrate Macros

The article explains how to integrate (import and install) macros to the FXCM Trading Station.

Details

You can integrate macros both to the FXCM Trading Station and Marketscope trading platforms simultaneously.

To integrate a macro

1. Do one of the following:

• On the Alerts and Trading Automation menu, click New Strategy or Alert, and then, in the dialog box that appears, click Import.
• On the Alerts and Trading Automation menu, click Manage Extensions, and then, in the dialog box that appears, click Import.
• On the Alerts and Trading Automation menu, click Run Macro, and then, in the dialog box that appears, click Import.
• On the Alerts and Trading Automation menu, click Import Extension.
2. The Open dialog box appears.
   
   
3. In the File name box, type the name of the file containing the macro you want to import or browse for one, and then click Open.
4. The Install Extension dialog box appears.
   
   
5. In the list of available macros, click a macro of your choice, and then click Install.

Once the macro is installed, it can be run or stopped at any time. For more information, see Run Macros, Manage Macro Autostart, and Stop Macros.
