Import Layout

This section describes how to import a chart layout saved on your computer.

Details

To import a chart layout saved on your computer:

1. On the Layouts menu, click Manage Layouts.
   
   * In the E*TRADE FX platform, the command is available on the Charts menu, on the Layouts submenu.
   
2. The Manage Layouts dialog box will appear.
   
   
3. Click Import.
4. The Open dialog box will appear.
   
   
5. Choose a file with the necessary layout and then click Open.

In case you choose a file of a layout with the same name as one of the available layouts, after clicking Open you will see the Replace Layouts dialog box where you should confirm or cancel the replacement(s) by selecting or clearing the appropriate check boxes.

The imported layout will appear in the list of layouts. You can open the layout by clicking it in the list and then clicking Open.
