Import Template

The article describes how to import a chart template saved on your computer.

Details

To import a chart template saved on your computer

1. Do one of the following:

• On the Templates menu, click Manage Templates.
• Right-click in the chart, point to Templates on the shortcut menu, and then click Manage Templates.
2. The Manage Templates dialog box appears.
   
   
3. Click Import.
4. The Open dialog box appears.
   
   
5. Browse for the file with the template of your choice, and then click Open.

If you click the file of the template that has been already imported, after clicking Open, the Replace Templates dialog box appears, To confirm or cancel the replacement(s), select or clear the appropriate check box.

The imported template appears in the list of templates. You can apply the template to the current chart by clicking it in the list and then clicking Apply.
